Roleplayers wanted for a Zombie RP

The introduction is below and it should be noted this RP is a collaborative effort with Lovelyzombie and is based on another RP we came up with called I am still Alive... This RP - We are still alive - is based around the same theme and premise, but is a way of exploring the zombie universe here from a different perspective. have a read then click the link at the bottom!

Five months have passed since the Nizarri Fever outbreak in Tanzania began. Due to the amount of exportation from the country, and those that fled after the initial outbreak, it didn?t take long for the virus to sweep throughout the Western population.

Since the outbreak, it is still not clear how the sickness truly originated. Shards of information have slipped into the decaying shell that was society before its collapse; rumours are that Nizarri Fever is a viral organism, a parasite. One which attaches itself to its host and forces the host into starvation mode, killing it. It then reanimates from the cerebral cortex. This is due to the organism having a rare evolutionary talent of being able to fuse with its host?s brain. This means the mutation of the organism (once the host is dead) has control over many functions, including the decrease of bodily decomposition; meaning the deceased do not rot at the usual pace. The parasite is able to use the host's body, relaying it back to primal instinct, using it for two known purposes.

1) To sustain itself through feeding.

2) According to reports, attack the living attempting to infect them; essentially spreading the organism as far as it is possible.

The infected will also attack animals for food. It is common knowledge now that the contagion is transmitted via blood and bodily fluids being ingested or absorbed. Reports conclude no one has ever survived infection and that no one is immune.

The world has been in disarray for the last five months. Cities and countries are closing their borders, but the time for isolation has passed. Governments still rein where possible, some cities are left as shells, bordered up, kept together by crumbling scattered society.

But now what?s left of organize society is banding together from across the globe. The best field professionals have been assembled together and sent into one of western societies greatest hot spots of the parasitic virus outbreak. Slapped with the job of information retrieval the global government team is also tasked with specific instructions to take samples of the virus and record it?s progress and outcomes, and where possible, rescue survivors.

The team was instructed that they were to be sent indefinitely into the field starting at site; Black Falls ? the last remnants of survivors near the biggest western civilisation hot spot. This is the story of what they uncovered.
